CANCELLATION POLICY

We will issue a product exchange for any type of product that is returned in an unused, sellable and intact condition, in its original packaging. The product has to be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. Missing out on items, wrong order or excess charges must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. We only offer exchanges; we do not offer any refunds or any type of credits.

If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel before shipping, you can raise your cancellation request by sending an email to our customer support team at info@aprire.in to cancel your order along with your order ID details. Or call us on 044-46983616.Monday – Friday: 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday: 10 am to 1 pm.

In case of cancellation before shipment, we initiate the refund within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse, after deducting shipping and handling charges. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be initiated to the same account from which the payment was made within 24-48 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. In case of COD cancellation is not applicable in case of COD, cancellation is not applicable after shipment.  For cancellations made same day or more in advance of the scheduled service, no cancellation fee will be charged. - For cancellations made after shipment of the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total booking amount will apply. 

Only products bought exclusively from APRIRE.IN site can be returned back to us. We will certainly not accept returns of products bought from any other third-party websites or physical stores.

At the same time, you can email us at [info@aprire.in]. Please allow one to 2 weeks for your return to be processed, it will need to be vetted by our customer service team. You will receive an email once your return is processed.

All returned products have to be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Each item can only be exchanged once. Shipping costs will not be refunded. All gifts or promotional products received with your purchase must be returned with your order. All items bought on sale are final - we cannot offer any returns or exchanges on sale products. If the return complies with our return and exchange policy, you will be eligible to exchange the product for a product of the same or lesser value. We will not refund the difference. In the case that the items exceed the original value, you will be required to pay the difference. Please note: Although we have tried to precisely show the actual colour of the products, there may be a minor variation based on the operating system you are using. For returns shipping cost will be added and paid by the customer.
